Combined exhaust gas system

Combined exhaust gas system

All devices of the AR, NRV and Optima model ranges having a total output of 750 kW can be connected to a combined exhaust gas system. In the combined exhaust gas system, exhaust gases of multiple devices are collectively drawn off using an exhaust gas system. A combined exhaust gas fan at any point in the combined exhaust gas system ensures that the gases are drawn off and it also maintains the required vacuum in the combustion chamber. In order to be able to set the vacuum in every device, a butterfly valve is provided to control the exhaust gas instead of the individual exhaust gas fan. The minimum cross-section of the central exhaust gas routing pipe must be designed so that the flow velocity remains below 10 m/s.

The fan and the cross-section of the combined exhaust gas pipe must be dimensioned depending on the number of devices and power. If you have any queries regarding the correct design, please contact our Technical Department in Ludwigshafen or Dresden.
